Emily Stubbs┬áis an associate practicing in the Litigation and Labor and Employment groups. She represents clients in state and federal courts in matters relating to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, worker’s compensation, employment at will, and wage and hour matters. She also represents businesses and individuals in a variety of civil and commercial disputes, and counsels clients on complex commercial litigation matters, including commercial contracts, business torts, real estate, and intellectual property. Emily is admitted to practice in Utah.
