Audrey Scholer has a range of litigation experience in different matters. She has represented clients at mediation and arbitration and assisted in settlement negotiations.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Audrey served as a law clerk to the Hon. Molly J. Huskey of the Idaho Court of Appeals. While attending law school, she was a judicial extern to the Hon. David C. Nye of the District of Idaho; an intern with the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, Washington Criminal I Section; and an extern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Idaho.

The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) requires employers to provide reasonable accommodations to pregnant workers and protects workers from discrimination and retaliation for seeking accommodations. The PWFA has been in effect since June 27, 2023, and the EEOC issued a final rule to implement the PWFA, which took effect on June 18, 2024.
